Moving a pipeline from one contact to another

Here’s how to transfer a pipeline item from one contact to another:

• Go to the pipeline report or the contact that currently has the pipeline item saved.
• Click on the pipeline item that you’d like to transfer.
• In the dialog that opens, select “Actions” in the upper right. Then choose “Transfer” in the dropdown that appears.
• Search for the desired contact and select them.
• Select “Change contacts” to move the pipeline item and all of its related notes to the contact you’ve selected.
• Please note: You must have edit access to both contacts to transfer a pipeline item. If you do not have edit access to both contacts, you will not be able to transfer the pipeline item.
